Here at Huxleys, we are passionate about producing top quality dishes, and for that, we need the best ingredients available. Wherever possible we work with small, local,
independent suppliers who we know in person, and can trust.
With a focus on providing 100% locally and ethically sourced produce, Maypole Butchers were the perfect choice to supply our meat. They provide all of the meat we use in our kitchen and Dean from Maypole has even worked with our head chef Pasquale to create a gorgeous, secret original burger recipe exclusively for Huxleys.
With their years of experience and love for baking the best quality bread, we love working with the bakers at LPC Bakery (Le Petit Croissant Bakery). Nothing quite beats the smell of the freshly baked bread that they deliver to us each morning. LPC Bakery supply us with all of the delicious fresh bread for our breakfast and main menu.
With our reputation as one of the best places to have a coffee and a cake in Chipping Campden, we were delighted to bring Cotswold Baking on board as our cake supplier. Owned by baker Paul Barlow-Heal; who learnt his craft under the guiding hands of Michel Roux Snr at The Waterside Inn in Bray, Cotswold Baking was born in 2011 out of his desire to bring the very best quality cakes and desserts to the Cotswolds.
At the bottom of a hill just outside Stow-on-the-Wold is Cacklebean Farm, our fantastic egg supplier. Run by Paddy and Steph Bourns, they look after a flock of rare breed chickens who roam their 12 acres of land freely. We believe that their eggs are the very best, so why not come and try them for yourself by popping in for breakfast?
